Nood Food is a modern and minimalistic health food bar. With a take out and eat in option, you can enjoy a quick bite on the go without needing to rush into a fast food joint. Along with food they also offer different levels of juice cleanses some are to have alongside meals while other are meal replacements.
A perfect breakfast option they offer is the ever so famous acai bowl, which is a thicker version of a smoothie that you eat rather than drink. Nood Food serves theirs in a cup for easy carrying and in four flavours, pineapple, cocoa, coconut and their original. You can customise your cup by choosing two toppings from a whole range of fresh fruit and dry ingredients. I went for the original acai cup with fresh raspberries and granola, which was the perfect energy boost first thing in the morning.

For a rustic and cosy little break over lunchtime you can snuggle on a window sofa and enjoy some fresh and healthy food. Home has a huge range of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, which include salad bowls, wraps and even burgers. With so much choice and the option to customise your own flatbreads, there is something for everyone.
I decided to go for the Manta Ray salad bowl, which included soft roasted pumpkin and crunchy beetroot on a bed of spinach. With so many different flavour combinations every mouthful was exciting. It was much more filling than I anticipated considering there were no carbs or proteins in it. The bowls come in two sizes a large and small, but the small bowl was a perfect lunchtime size, even a little too big for one.

Order MANA Café on foodpanda
This little café has an earthy vibe with a long wooden table set up at the front and plants hanging from the walls. The café offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals, snacks and desserts. All the meals are served on biodegradable plates with recycled cutlery, which you can place in the recycling bins to the side of the café.
Their main meals are a selection of flatbreads, which have multiple toppings including Halloumi and scrambled tofu. You can also choose between a base of whole-wheat or buckwheat depending on your preference. I chose the “Blondy” flatbread, which consisted of scrambled eggs, grated Halloumi, tomatoes, kale and sprouts. The flatbreads were a similar concept to a pizza but with an egg base instead of tomato sauce. It was much bigger than I was excepting so I could have done with sharing it, but it was perfect for a post workout meal.
