While the burger patties are traditionally made with meat parts that would not sell, the patties here come from meat sourced from their next-door neighbour, Bones and Blades. The meat comes from family-owned farms – where the cattles get plenty of fresh air and exercise, feeding on nutrient-dense grass without antibiotics, growth hormones, or pesticides and pollutants!
