As regimented as their namesake, Quarter Master takes pride in the quality of meat that goes into their burgers. While the burger patties are traditionally made with meat parts that would not sell, the patties here come from meat sourced from their next-door neighbour, Bones and Blades. The meat comes from family-owned farms – where the cattles get plenty of fresh air and exercise, feeding on nutrient-dense grass without antibiotics, growth hormones, or pesticides and pollutants!
