With a choice of multiple noodle styles for the base of the dish, an array of vegetable and meat toppings you can be as fussy or indecisive as you want, without having to worry about being judged. As you get to the end of the food counter you can mix together a selection of sauces for the chefs to cook your noodles in, there and then while you head back to your table and wait for your dish to be brought out to you.
