What? Playing host to the critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter Toro y Moi, Hidden Agenda is the place to be this Tuesday. Moving away from popular music whether that be hip-hop and R&B or electronic, Toro y Moi relishes in his absolute uniqueness. Hailing from a South Carolina home, Chazwick Bradley Bundick (as he is known offstage) began identifying with the chill wave movement of 2010 among numerous other genres from indie pop to electronic and synth pop as well. With his multi-lingual stage name (meaning literally ‘toro’ – bull and ‘moi’ – me) Toro y Moi is the multi-rhymic, hugely diverse artist/producer revolutionising the way we listen to music today.

Going East

London-based conceptual artist, painter and sculptor Rasheed Araeen is Going East in Hong Kong until His exhibit closes at the weekend. Born in Pakistan in 1935, Rashid has been breaking boundaries as a visual artist since his arrival in England in 1964. Initially training as a civil engineer, his work combines geometric lines, with an interest in sketches and small sculptures. So coming to Hong Kong for his first solo exhibition, his avante-grade style is impossible to miss.

What? 3500sqft of The Space will host the Fashion Collective this Friday, where Hong Kong’s best designers will feature their wares.
