Promising to be an exceptionally camp affair, Briefs will be dazzling its audiences with their raunchy dance moves, elaborate costumes and not just a little glitz and glamour. What? Third-culture kid, Kazuma Koike is exhibiting for the first time in Hong Kong at the Ashonanzuka gallery this month. Growing up in Buenos Aires and later moving to Barcelona before returning to Japan where he was born, Koike has had a whirlwind of a life so far. Painting water colours of his experiences abroad, he skillfully creates wistful and exotic artworks that combine elements from his travels. Unique, vibrant and undeniably beautiful, his Eclipse exhibition is a scenic, motif filled display that’ll have you feeling warm and relaxed in this cold Hong Kong winter.

Warehouse Pop Up

What? At the heart of central, nestled between Soho and Lan Kwai Fong is The Loop, Hong Kong’s very own Japanese-style Ginza building and this week’s home to the Warehouse Pop Up. Here, online eco-boutique – A Boy Named Sue will be teeming up with local designers, Purearth and Raven + Rose, to bring you all things sustainable. From ethical skincare and wellness from the Himalayas to wild and wonderful lingerie, you’ll find it at this one-week long pop up.
Fly’s Fifth anniversary

What? Flying the American DJ sensation Tittsworth to Hong Kong this weekend, Fly are putting on a special party for themselves. Turning five this year, the original Buzz Concepts venue has been providing a dance floor for Hongkongers to enjoy some of the city’s coolest urban music and this weekend they’re amp-ing it up.
